Hayes Plumbing was hired to install all our below grade and above grade plumbing for an 1100 sq. ft. addition to our home. We were very impressed with their professional approach showing up when scheduled, completing work in a timely manner, as well as to our satisfaction. In addition to their original contract, they also installed our gas lines, instantaneous hot water heater and plumbing fixtures for the addition. We were 100% satisfied with their work and will use them again in the future.

We interviewed 4 plumbing companies before finding Hayes Plumbing (Five Star Baths) to install a tankless water heater in our attic. Hayes Plumbing was the only company who would pull permits to get the job done, which was important to us. All other companies subcontracted out the electrical and drywall, which meant there would be additional charges over and above the installation fee. But, with Hayes also having a general contractor's license, their quote included any electrical or drywall needs and this was a plus to us. They were always on time, called if they were going to be late, very professional and one of the cleanest and neatest contractors we have encountered. We both work, but felt very comfortable having them in our home while we were at work. When the job was done, it was as if they hadn't been there at all, except that now, we don't have a huge water heater taking up tons of space in our laundry room! We recommend Hayes Plumbing/Five Star Baths to anyone who is in need of a plumbing & general contractor.
